To Feel Planted 2021 is an experimental work, using multiple mediums and techniques to create a short stop motion animation. Conceptually, the work continues an investigation into the complexities of grief within the context of the pandemic. Reflected in the work is a sense of vulnerability, uncertainty and anxiety. The seedling unfurls, representative of the lifecycle, of new growth and the swirling of emotions.
